Andy Katzman, Owner
Since 2010, Andy has worked in real estate as both a real estate broker and custom home builder. He specializes in property acquisition, subdivision and re-development of infill properties in the downtown Orlando neighborhoods, specifically College Park and Winter Park.
Andy is a 2007 graduate of the University of Florida Rinker School of Building Construction and has experience in both residential and commercial construction. Upon graduation he worked for a local Winter Park Commercial General Contractor on projects ranging in size from $250,000-$4,000,000.
Andy is also a principle in Incentive Properties – a real estate broker and property management company managing 275+ properties in the Orlando area. His main roles with the company are overseeing office operations – including spearheading the maintenance and leasing teams.
Erin Katzman, Co-Owner and CFO
Erin Katzman oversees the financial and administrative affairs of Rare Builders, and she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to her role at Rare Builders, Erin was an auditor at Ernst & Young, and the Senior Accountant at an investment firm in Winter Park, Florida.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University. Erin moved to Orlando in 2008 and has enjoyed all that Central Florida offers.
