One of the biggest benefits to building a new, custom home is the ability to put your own, personal “fingerprint” on it so that it is literally like no other. For instance, once the construction on your new home has begun, it may be too late to make various changes – especially those that are significant, such as the room sizes, placement of appliances, and other key areas.
