Privacy Notice
This notice describes the information the forms on this website collect, why it is collected and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
Two forms on this site collect information. The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number and the message you write. A design-package or updates request collects your first name, email address, an optional phone number, the property you asked about and whether you chose to hear about future Rare Builders residences. Our server also records the date and time of the submission along with the submitting network address and browser identification, which we use to prevent abuse of the forms.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to keep an internal record of the request. When you submit a form we email your request to Rare Builders and send you a short confirmation by email; if you requested a design package that is available, the document is attached to that email. We also record whether each email was accepted for delivery so we can tell whether your request reached us. We only send you marketing about future Rare Builders residences if you asked for it, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
Submissions are stored in our hosted application database, and the emails we send — both the notification to Rare Builders and the confirmation to you — are handled by Resend, which receives your name, email address and the content of that message in order to deliver it. These providers process the information only to operate those services for us. Maps and, on the live site, checkbox spam protection are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s own terms.
Analytics and your choice
On the live rarebuilders.com site we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit. Measurement is off until you accept it: analytics storage is denied by default using Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookie is set unless you choose to allow it. When allowed, Google receives the page address, page title and anonymous usage events such as a completed inquiry, a design-package request, a call or email link tap, or a click through to our Instagram. We never send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form to Google. Google acts as our analytics provider and processes this information under its own terms. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it here at any time.

Retention
We keep inquiry and package-request records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation they belong to and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your record and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
