The Brief

Create approximately 4,000 square feet of main residence with a 400-square-foot conditioned Florida room, balancing formal geometry with connected daily living.

The Response

A curved floating stair anchors the interior. The kitchen includes Thermador appliances, a CornuFé range and scullery, while Legno Bastone flooring, Sierra Pacific windows, EuroWall and a Floataway door support the transition to the conditioned Florida room, pool and spa.
