Depauw
Depauw gives two residences distinct front doors within a shared architectural composition. Stone accents divide the paired entries, separate garages anchor each side, and large upper windows give the two-story facade a consistent rhythm. Inside, the plan opens from the entry and stair toward the kitchen and great room.
The Brief
The project is a two-story duplex in College Park, documented under the 2503 Depauw permit address and shown in the finished exterior photographs as 2503 and 2505. Its design places each residence’s entry and garage directly on the street-facing elevation.
The Response
The interior photographs show a straight stair beside the ground-floor hall, a white island kitchen connected to the great room, and a loft beside the upstairs stair opening. High kitchen windows bring light above the cabinets, while larger windows and glazed doors define the rear living area. The City of Orlando issued the duplex’s certificate of occupancy on February 19, 2015.
