Case Study · Winter Park

100 E Rockwood

A restored Winter Park residence with a brick-accented entry, white walls and dark-framed windows. Inside, a charcoal kitchen island and warm metallic lighting add contrast to pale floors and white cabinetry. At the rear, a wood-ceilinged lanai with a fireplace opens toward the pool and spa.

The Brief

The project involved an extensive restoration of an existing two-story residence, including rebuilding the garage and renewing the interiors.

The Response

The finished kitchen is organized around a long island with white perimeter cabinets, pendant lights and an apron-front sink beneath black-framed windows. A broad opening connects it to the living area and rear glazing. Bathrooms range from a bright double-vanity room with a freestanding tub to a dark powder room with a floating basin and a shower lined with strongly veined surfaces. Outside, the covered lanai and built-in grill sit beside the pool and spa.
